Doggystylists.co.uk provides a directory listing and promotional platform for dog grooming businesses. By purchasing a listing, you are paying for exposure and presence on the platform, not for guaranteed enquiries, bookings, or business outcomes.
We do not guarantee:
- Any minimum number of views, clicks, or enquiries
- Any increase in revenue or customer acquisition
- Any specific search engine ranking or visibility
2. No Performance-Based Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of:
- Lack of enquiries or leads
- Low traffic or visibility
- Perceived lack of value or return on investment
By purchasing a listing, you acknowledge that results will vary depending on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to location, competition, pricing, and demand.
3. Subscription Payments
All subscription payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)
If you are purchasing as an individual consumer (not a business), you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, by purchasing a listing and requesting immediate activation, you expressly agree that:
- The service begins immediately, and
- You may lose your right to cancel once the listing has been published
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors preventing listing activation
- Platform-side faults that materially prevent service delivery
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or remove the listing
- Restrict future access to the platform
7. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing a listing, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and accept that Doggystylists.co.uk provides a promotional service with no guaranteed outcomes.
